What you'll do:
- Own our full stack, from backend architecture and AI systems to our polished React frontend
- Balance long-term architectural decisions with rapid, short-term feature delivery
- Use direct customer feedback and data to design, code, and ship high-impact features
- Shape company strategy, product roadmap, and engineering culture as a key member of the founding team
Founding Operator
Build, scale, and systematize the engine behind the future of event planning.
What you'll do:
- Own events end-to-end simultaneously, including all client communication
- Own and evolve the end-to-end ops flow for running events — from first request to post-event wrap
- Turn tribal knowledge into clear documentation, onboarding, and templates that anyone can use
- Partner closely with engineering to translate ops pain points into product requirements
Founding Product Designer
Build our design system, brand identity, and product foundation from the ground up.
What you'll do:
- Own and evolve our entire design system, establishing the foundation for all future designers
- Build and maintain our brand identity, from visual language to tone and voice
- Design polished, intuitive interfaces in Figma that engineering can build quickly and confidently
- Partner closely with product and engineering to shape what we build and how we build it
Founding Account Executive
Build and shape the future of event planning as a founding member of our go-to-market team.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Partner closely with founders on early GTM strategy and messaging
- Sell to event marketers, people teams, executive assistants, and agencies
- Run discovery calls, demos, and pricing conversations with confidence
Founding Mid-Market AE
Close larger deals and shape our enterprise sales motion as a founding member of our go-to-market team.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle for larger deals ($50K-$200K ACV)
- Build relationships with enterprise buyers and decision-makers
- Run strategic discovery, multi-stakeholder demos, and complex pricing negotiations
- Partner with founders and product to shape our mid-market go-to-market strategy
Founding Product Engineer
Build beautiful, customer-driven features and shape our product as a founding engineer.
What you'll do:
- Build full-stack features with exceptional design and user experience
- Work directly with large enterprise customers to understand their needs and build custom features
- Own the end-to-end product development cycle from customer conversations to production
- Partner closely with sales and ops teams to prioritize high-impact customer requests
Founding AI Engineer
Build cutting-edge AI systems that automate event planning at scale.
What you'll do:
- Build and scale AI systems that automate our event planning workflow end-to-end
- Develop AI agents for auto-emailing, calling, web scraping, and deep research
- Improve accuracy and reduce hallucination in our LLM-powered features
- Design and implement scalable AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks and tools
